The first involves datamining clients' existing customer lists to ensure all data is accurate and up to date. (This activity is always carried out with our clients where we act as their outsourced marketing department as it impacts on the success of the marketing carried out on their behalf.).

The second aspect of our database service involves building new, specific lists for clients that are then used in different activities including telemarketing.
We will build you lists segmented by key variables such as geographic location, turnover, size, industry, etc. Using telemarketing we can also determine the key contact details of the person you need to speak with.

 

The third aspect of our database service involves competitor database analysis, often as part of a market research analysis. Quantitative data on competitiors helps formulate strategies and activities, as well as being insightful to potential opportunities and threats.
